The majority of firms use this technique to manage day-to-day business requirements as a new trend in the twenty-first century, but not everyone can exercise leadership on a par with Abraham Lincoln. It is external and not at all innate. You should not be upset, though. Leadership is frequently a learned ability that takes years to hone and master. And when you include a hybrid work arrangement, you've added another element that could affect your capacity for leadership. Good job !

  4. It is true that it is difficult to manage work remotely due to maybe of lack of technical knowledge, lack of effective communication and so on. However, the world today is gradually moving into the use of technologies and virtual platforms to communicate and collaborate teams with parent and host companies and this is indeed a challenge to employees who are not used to such modern technologies.
